Client's Roof was replaced on 5/Here at America's Roofing Co. The maximum year's of warranty on our labor is years wich puts him past his warranty coverage. We have in our possession a recorded message from 10/19/that he wanted the leak addressed by 10/21/
He was contacted within the agreed time frame & an appointment was set with wife to take care of the problem even after the warranty has expiredThe call that Mr*** made on 10/19/was the first notice we've received of his roof leaking. The representative that he originally was working with *** is no longer with the companyI believe he was trying to contact her directly because this is the first we here of the problem. We here At A.R.Ctake are Labor warranty & stand behind every job. We would like to let the client know that this will be handled in A professional matter & extend our apologies for any misunderstandings & inconveniences

We Stand behind all of our work. Even if its pass the warranty time limit We have scheduled an appointment with the respected client to have this problem resolved free of charge
