Asp was contracted to replace Pumps along with various repairs in order to get the splash pad up and operational for *** HOA On 03-08-the work was started and
completed on 03-13-At that time ASP was under the impression that everything was completed and satisfactoryWe received the
first call back on 07-20-as that
there was something wrong we dispatched the service team to inspect the job and
that time we realized the mistake a former employee had made we placed an order
for the special-order pump that should have been replaced at no cost to the
customerThe order time is longer for special orders to come in we received
the pump 08-07-and had the appointment scheduled 08-09-when received the
call that they did not want us to replace the pumpAt this point in time, we cannot
return the pump it is special orderThe original estimate included a recovery
or acid wash the customer has their own maintenance to handle all chemicals so
as far as the algae problem they are not keeping the chemical levels where it
is supposed to be at to control thatWe have nothing to do with the chemicals
We do not know where the miss communication occurred if the customer was
calling old employee which is not uncommonASP Strives to provide outstanding customer service we have made provisions to not let this happen again in the future
