This was not our company that did the repairthis was an former employee that did the repair with out an approval or acknowledgement from our companythis former employee had been fired for theftI have spoken personally to this client and she admitted that we did not have any fault in this issue and we did all that we could to help her We did go out and install a free pump for her to get it working She met this guy on an online dating service and paid him cash for the work that he did and did not dothis was a scam by this former employee and for actions similar to this was fired from our companywe can not be held liable for his actions and did act in good faith and performed a lot of work at no cost to her to keep her pool workingwe also gave the info of the former employee to this Jana and advised her to call the police and file a claim against himi don't believe this has been done

Please know that we have done all that we can on our end. we are working with Quick Books IT to try and find out why this is happening and they can not find out. we show no outstanding balance on your account and you can please keep this email as a record of a zero balance to you and that this company will never claim you have unpaid bills I wish I could figure out the bogus invoices going out but please know that we are working on it

At this point your emails would be considered Spam and as a company you need to prove due-diligence for removing me from your systemYou cannot send me invoices forever and expect me to ignore themJust because I did business with you a year ago doesn't mean your company can email me invoices every month whether or no they are intentional or not

*** we are not showing any billing due to you on our end if you are getting invoices from us they are bogus and are sent to you in error you can please disregard them for ever we are sorry that our system is still sending them out to you we dont know how to get
our quick books to stop

My response to the business response is that they did not replace a pump for free I have a cash receipt from THEIR employee that I paid for the pump and install The pump has never worked and when I called to have it fixed I was told that employee no longer worked for them and they sent another technician out I had another pool company trouble shoot the problem and was informed that the pump was leaking When I told Asp pools this - the technician said he would charge me another to fix itI informed him I had paid already for the pump and install and it has never worked correctly therefore I would not pay more to have them make the install right in the first place The technician began raising his voice at me and dropping tools - at this point I was fearful of my safety and promptly told him to leave my propertyBye did exit the premise while continuing to yell at me I have paid this company for a defective pool pump and they will not make good on their service or products I do have a paid receipt for the service and product I bought so I totally dispute their claim that they have me a free pump If they did infact have an employee that stole from their company- that is not my issue as as consumer It was their employee in their time, driving their company vehicle with their company clothes on I paid him for the product and service and he provided me a receipt from their company The end result is I have to hire another pool company that is honest and backs up their work So I paid asp pools for nothing A defective product that is worthless *** *** ** ***

The person that went to do these repairs was working illegality and not as the company He was an independent contractor and was not working with any approval or knowledge of our company If any random person found a shirt from some company and ran around illegally offering services there is no way that the company can be held liable for that it is unfortunate that you took the word from someone that you met on a dating website and then in turn paid him in cash before the work was done we are so very sorry for the frustration on your end but we can not be held liable for this in anyway we have already recommended that you call the police and file a law suit against the individual that took advantage of you we furnished you with his name, home address and personal cell phone I wish that everyone was honest in what they did but some people are just crooksthis is why you need to protect yourself and not pay upfront and not pay in cash as you did when we talked on the phone you admitted all of this to me and told me that it was all your fault and you feel very embarrassed that you trusted some guy off a dating website you thanked me for helping in the way that we did and told us that you were going to go after the guy that did this to you I feel that you are filing this complaint against us now to just try and go after someone and get your money back I apologize for what you went thru and wish this had never happened
