Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
This only
addresses one of my issues with America's TireI do not intend to return to your store for a swap in tires, it took weeks to get the wrong tires, how long will it take to get the right tires?
My proposed resolution is a partial refund to my purchase, and that remains my required outcomeSpending more time calling your store and hours waiting for the tire swap is not something I can afford.

If the wrong tires were installed it was not intentionalI would like the opportunity to put the correct tires on the vehicle, if not by coming back to this store then going to one of our other locations to correct the problem

My Assistant Vice President has attempted to make contact with *** *** in order to resolve this matter, but he has not responded to his calls
