The tub was bought from [redacted] ***, which is one of our dealersHe had an installer that he usedThe gentleman's name is [redacted] We have been trying to get in touch with him, because he was the one that did all the damageThis is not the only damage that this guy has causedWe had another claim that cost us over $3,that we had to right off of taxesWe had a girl in the office, that was suppose to send this to our insurance companyShe didn't send it to them, and then I had personal problems and business problems, that I didn't have the time to fix all the problems that were cause by this former employee of mineI sent [redacted] an email and it came back to me.I have since sent this to the correct insurance company to file the claim and she should hear from them

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] , the dealer in California stopped communicating with me the minute I signed the contractThe installer, [redacted] and his two sidekicks claimed to be traveling all over the countryThey were not local and there is no reason to believe they were under anyone else's supervision then [redacted] , owner of Americas Walk In Tubs [redacted] DID send a technical guy to measure the space and check out the electrical capacity I assumed he would be doing the installationWe decided to hire an electrician to run the additional needed capacityI expected this same guy to show up to do the install Turns out he didn't really measure correctly and [redacted] had to make adjustments independent of sawing through my hot water line.I have emailed Mr [redacted] numerous times, including a question about a part that fell off, and he has been unresponsive There is no reason I know that my email would bounce other than transient technical issuesIn other words, he has ample modes of communication with me In any phone conversation we have had on this matter he continually claims he never had such a problem beforeNow he's claiming that there was another incident costing him $There is no reason I know that my email would bounce other than transient technical issuesIn other words, he has ample modes of communication with me.From the first phone call I made, ***, his wife ,answered the phone and lied to me about the name of the person responsible for taking care of this problemThere has been nothing but evasion, un-businesslike comments, unresponsiveness, and delay after delayWhat good is a warranty if I can't even get someone to take responsibility for it? Complaint: [redacted] Dear ***, I have finally been contacted with [redacted] who will NOT tell me WHY my claim against your business is not covered by the policy because it is not MY policy If they don't cover this kind of business liability insurance, I don't know what they DO cover, but at this point we are back to square one Meanwhile, this whole process has taken way too long with this insurance "wild goose chase."We are still in the hole for $16K+ due to the incompetence of your installers Please let me know how you plan to make this right Regards, [redacted]

When I hear from *** and get a financial settlement, THEN we can talk about how I'm supposed to get Warranty service from your company. Is that from *** also? Will you "make" him reply to my emails and calls?

I spoke with *** *** from the insurance companyShe needed a copy of the invoice for the walk in tub, which I emailed to herShe said she will be in touch with my shortlyShe just received the papers from my insurance broker.Sincerely,***

*** I am not giving you excusesAll I am telling you is that we put it in with our insurance companyBy the way *** is no longer working with usHe has ripped off several customers, so we don't deal with himI am truly sorry for the delay that you have had and all the loops you have gone throughWe thought that *** was fixing this from the beginning that was what he told us, and then he just dropped this like a hot potatoAs you know the problem was with ***'s work

There has been NO RESOLUTION to this matter which has been going on since August 2014. Please contact your insurance company and update me with the progress on this matter.
