our services to herafter negotiating a heavily discounted rate from us (after promising to refer large numbers of clients toour company). The Director of this group used our system to send out promotional messages to herdistributors, like Ms. [redacted]. When her efforts to convert large numbers of their distributors over to oursystem (which they preferred based on our higher level of customer service combined with lower rates)failed, they decided to urge their distributors to switch back to the old system. Then, In order to save facewith the members of her group (that buy her products) she justified the need to change was prompted byunresolved issues with our system. This is completely untrue and our systems are 100% functional andwe have served thousands of clients continuously since 1938 with an excellent reputation.Ms. [redacted] signed an annual Agreement and in return received a 60% discount off of our standardrates, a month of free service and free account setup (normally $25), for a total savings of $215 In thefirst year alone. The plan she subscribed to has an annual term that clearly states It renews each year onthe same date If not cancelled. She reported no Issues with using the service and It Is still available untilthe end of the term which she signed up for. Her reason for cancelling Is that the leader of the multi-levelmarketing group is no longer sending out her messages using our system, which is an issue betweenthem, not us. She was well aware that her plan had renewed and contacted us months later. We havecancelled her automatic renewal, but denied her demand for a refund based on the terms of theAgreement.Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.Thank you,-Scott
