did not mention that an estimate was needed for a range outlet.While in the house the estimator was taken to the basement and shown where the outlet was to be installed, then he was escorted out of the house. The kitchen was never discussed.Rick S[redacted] spoke with [redacted], read the estimate to her to install a dryer outlet and she verbally agreed to the price quoted. Once again there was no mention of anything other than a dryer outlet.[redacted] was not present when the work was performed. She had her cousin meet with us again. And once again there was no mention of the range outlet. The work was performed and paid for as agreed. Two days later [redacted] contacted our office and said the range outlet was not installed. This was the first that the range outlet was discussed with our office. She demanded that the outlet be installed at no additional charge. We explained to her that the original price quoted was for the dryer outlet and there would be an additional charge for the range outlet.
