Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/24) */
This complaint is not about National Safety Compliance, IncIn the first line of the complaint it CLEARLY states the problem is with a completely different company named "US Compliance." The only reason she is complaining about NSC is because
** *** will not reply to her or resolve her complaintTherefore, she is trying to blame us at National Safety Compliance but we did not solicit or accept any money from the complainantSince we received no money from the complainant we have nothing to refund herWe are a 3rd party drop shipper and that is why our return address was on the package** *** and *** *** DO NOT work for and have never (to our knowledge) sold products using the National Safety Compliance nameWe have absolutely no control over the operations of ** *** are a different company
We recommend the complaint take any necessary actions against the company/person who solicited them and the company/person who took their moneyBased upon this complaint, that means the offending company/person was *** *** with ** *** not NSC
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I realize that ** *** is who called us but since they *** are a part of a scam (in my view point) & any contact information they provided us (phone number)is invalidAfter contacting National Safety Compliance (NSC), they know that *** is re-selling their product (at an inflated price) but would not give me the contact information that they have for *** to be able to resolve this matter with *** directlyI made them aware of what I believe to be a scam and that since *** is selling their products, in my view point that makes them a part of the scam as wellTherefore my attempt was to try and resolve it through NSCIf NSC would provide the information for *** I will pursue the complaint against *** instead
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/07/30) */
National Safety Compliance follows strict customer privacy rules and will NOT violate those privacy rules to satisfy this complaint against another companyWe value everyone's privacy
To get the information she desires, the claimant simply needs to contact her bank and get the address and contact information for the merchant who charged her debit cardThe bank IS required by law to give the information regarding the charge to the card holderIf the claimant would simply follow this instruction, then she would not have to ask us to violate our privacy policyShe simply needs to follow the proper procedure allowed by law
Remember, we have never taken the claimant's moneyWe have never solicited the claimantWe can't really control what another business entity does with our productWe simply ship product to the address we are told to ship toThat is what a 3rd party drop shipper doesYes, of course the reseller is marking up the priceThat is how they make moneyJust because we know they are marking up the price does not make us part of a "scam"Every business in existence must markup the priceThat is how any business makes money
The Revdex.com should have never accepted this complaint against National Safety Compliance because the claimant clearly indicates that a different company *** *** is the real problem hereThe Revdex.com claim should have been against ** ***
The Revdex.com's own "Code of Conduct" for businesses requires them to "Safeguard Privacy." If I did what this claimant was asking then I would be violating this "Code of Conduct" as espoused by the Revdex.com
In summary, the claimant has a clear and legal way to get the information they desire (through their bank) and we at NSC refuse to violate our privacy policy because we are a reputable company and respect our customers' privacy rights
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 12, 2015/07/31) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I will contact my bank and attempt to obtain the informationIf you truly are a 'reputable company' you will follow up on your end and refuse to allow ** *** to sell your product unless they provide customers with VALID information to contact them if need beYOU now have the information to stop *** from SCAMMING anyone else! I agree *** has every right to mark up the product price when selling it but to attempt to install fear and tell a blatant lie to someone in order to sell the product and then mark it up by 800% is completely uncalled for! If they were a reputable company they would have provided valid information
