Review: The new AC/Heater system I purchased last year is not working properly, it doesn't blow hot air and if it does blow lukewarm air by the time it reaches the bedrooms it's cold. I had this company come out to fix the problem on 11/11/2013, technician stated the motor was dirty cleaned it, it started to work. Then I called again 11/16/2013 [redacted] answer's on a Sat stated "he does not have some working but will try to come out". He didn't come out or gave me a courtesy call. I called on Monday 11/18/2013 they stated can come out today but will be out Tue 11/19/2013 again technician said motor dirty, I also expressed my concerns how the roof was leaking when it rained from the exhaust on the ceiling of the garage, technician stated when they installed the system the should have used new materials for the exhaust maybe that's the reason the motor keeps getting dirty. Technician fixed that problem I don't have any more leaks. Again I had to call 11/20/2013 that the system keeps blowing cold air. Technician comes 11/21/2013 and replaced motor which is still under warranty. I expressed to the technician that it wasn't blowing hot air, he said "to give it a couple of hours and it should work". I called again 12/9/2013 that the system is not working properly. Technician comes out on 12/10/2013 adjusted the fan to see if that would help and that he would talk to his boss [redacted] about the problem that the system is not putting out hot air, that it doesn't have the capacity to warm the bedrooms either, this was 12/10/2013. Didn't get a call from the owner [redacted] so I called 12/12/2013 asked receptionist to have the owner call me. No calls from owner so I called a second time 12/16/2013 still no call back from owner. Now I paid this company over $4000.00 for a new AC/Heater/Cole unit last year. Now this summer when we had a week of heat waives the air conditioner would blow hot air by 4:00 pm we would turn it off for a while and then turn it back on. Desired Settlement: The owner of this company doesn't take the time to even return my calls, I would like them to take the AC/Heater system they installed and refund my money so I can go with a more reliable, trust worthy company. I'm still making payments on my credit card along with finance charges for this unit.
