No one from Wild Bills ever came to the house to correct the problem of the uninstalled transition strip [redacted] the salesperson who we purchased the flooring from had and has phone numbers to both our houses to contact us from day one on the purchase.? For the expressed purpose to contact either of us to make his job easier and insure the job would be done correctly Unfortunately he chose just to drop the ball and hope the problem would go away All we want is for them to schedule and install the transition strip and complete the job as quickly as possible as this has been dragging on for several months Thank you for your assistance Regards, [redacted] ***
I would not recommend this company. He did not do as he promised nor did he finish his work. He didn't complete his installation, sold defective parts and added parts on his invoice he did not install.
Our A/C went out in the middle of a 100-plus degree heat wave, but Kim and Carby squeezed us into their schedule and soon we were back in the cool. Great job guys!
