Upon researching the complaint, the customer was inquiring about the purchase of a Blu-Ray version of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.  We received 5 emails, the first of which was received on August **, 2017.  Marvel is not the distributor of this title.  We responded to the customer...

on the morning of September **, 2017 directing him Walt-Disney Home Entertainment, the party that is responsible for distribution of this title.

Customer emailed our online support at 1:31 pm on July [redacted].  We responded to the customer's email at 4:28 pm that same day, properly canceled the customer's account, and voided the charge.  Customer acknowledged receipt of our message at 4:45 pm.
