I am rejecting this response because:The numerous times I called I never received an answer to the status of the claimEach person I spoke with said that I would need to talk to the claims adjuster and forwarded my call over to her voicemail which I always had to leave a message The only time I received a call from her was when I was finally getting very upset with this situation and had enough of the runaroundI did receive paperwork regarding the payment, but never received a checkTo my understanding with the adjuster I was expecting a check for the amount that was told to me in the mail along with the estimateI am still in question on this procedure and I am pursuing this further

Our adjuster issued you and offer in writing with a payment for the undisputed portion of the claim which is what is required under the Illinois insurance statutes. Again, you can send the payment back if you are not accepting the offer

Review of this matter shows that we did set up an appraisal and we had an appraiser completed. The appraiser did not call when he completed the assessment as the property was easily accessible. Our office also did confirm with the complainant that the estimate was
completed and what the amount was. As we run a team handling platform she did speak with one of the other available adjusters to receive the update even though she might have specifically spoken with the handling adjuster. Our records do not show any unreturned phones calls. Ms*** was never advised that a payment would be made as while the damage amount was documented the coverage investigation had not been completed. The insured never reported the loss nor cooperated with our investigation in violation of the terms of the policy contract under Condition 3A:ANotice ofAs a condition precedent to coverage under every Part of this policy, within days of any accident, occurrence or loss, regardless of fault, the Company must receive written notice containing at least the following information: a) The time, place and location of the loss; and b) The full name and address of each known person who occupied any vehicle involved in the loss and/or who was present at the scene at the time of the loss; and c) The purpose of the use of the vehicle at the time of the loss; and d) The facts surrounding the loss; and e) Any other information the Company requests in order to conclude its investigation of the loss.Given the insured's failure to comply we have issued a proper coverage denial to the complainant and our file is currently closed

I was involved in a car accident with their insured on 9/07/claim filed on 9/12/It's now December I have called only a few times because one operator is very rude she has hung up on me screamed at meI have emailed many times the last ones have not been answeredFirst I'm told that they give there insured up to days to answer now it's daysThe last time I called was on 12/06/and was told that they have not heard from the insuredSo I asked about days and was told that if they do not hear from the insured they will deny my claim and I would have to go after the driver myselfAll this because the driver is not on the policy
Hopefully I receive a response here since they have time to answer this reviewsAlso hopefully they don't lie
Also this company is very unprofessional how can a company disrespect someone for their reviews

*** Collision is a fully licensed shop that has done thousands of repairs for our customers with no complaints. Plus, Ms*** is already having the vehicle repaired through her own shop and they appear to be working for our labor rates, so she would not have to pay any difference and labor rates or part prices

This is a loss alleged to have occurred back in June of and was never reported by our insured or even reported by you until 10/13/2016. The policy like any insurance company requires the assistance and cooperation of the insured:
Assistance and Cooperation of
the InsuredAs a condition precedent to the Company's duty of indemnity with respect to claims and lawsuits brought against an insured, the insured shall cooperate with the Company and upon request by the Company or attorneys hired by the Company to represent the insured, the insured shall assist in completing the Company’s investigations.As we have never received any cooperation from our insured there is no coverage. Additionally while you may possess photos and our insured's information, this information does not prove our insured was at fault only that their vehicle might have been involved in a loss with your vehicle. Given all of these facts our file remains closed and Alliance will not be making any payment relative to this claim

I also would like to make sure that I don't cash the check to pay the repair company, then when they tell me it will be more than the X amount they sent to repair it, that they refuse to pay the complete and full billSo as long as they are agreeing to cover the full cost of the repair, and reimburse me for the rental car I am content

Review of this matter shows that Ms*** is not one of our customers or clients, but is the wife of one of the parties whose vehicle was struck. They had the vehicle repaired through their own insurance carrier *** and recently made a claim for out of pocket rental. Our
office just recently received the invoice for that rental and Ms. *** was advised by our customer service representative that the invoice was being reviewed for an offer. We hope to have that reviewed and an offer out in the next few business days

Again you have our offer and payment . You are always free to send the check back and pursue the matter though your own carrier if you are not going to accept our offer

This loss occurred 11/and was reported 11/so it is days old. Ms*** has been a very difficult customer and our customer service team has acted very professionally given MsAdam's lack of phone etiquette. As to the claim, the vehicle had extensive hidden damage and the
shop needed to complete a teardown. This was completed and Ms*** who called our office screaming at our representative was informed on the 29th that the supplement was received and was being reviewed by the material damage department. It does appear that the hidden damages will result in the vehicle being a total loss. Ms*** will be sent the appropriate paperwork so that the total loss can be resolved

I am rejecting this response because: American Alliance should be sued for pretending to be an insurance company All they are doing is collecting money and not paying off on claimsThis company needs to be closed downMy car is damaged due to their policy holder; who was insured at the time of the accident but yet they refused to payI will see them in courtI am sure that they refused to repair their policy holder 's car as wellThey are a fraudulent company and should not be allowed to continue to operate as an insurance company

Ms*** based on the police report and our insured’s statement, we have evaluated this claim and determined that our insured was 80% at fault for this claim. We have issued payment for the repairs to your vehicle and reimbursed you for the rental vehicle during the time your vehicle was
being repaired, less the negligence percentage. Our file is now closed

Again Mr*** went through his own carrier and Alliance is dealing with them on their subrogation and Alliance is reviewing the rental invoice recently submitted for reimbursement. There was never any promise that a check was forthcoming and Ms*** was advised of this by our customer service representative We apologize for any misunderstanding and hope to have an offer by weeks end on the rental

This loss was reported 12/22/by Ms*** and our records show we spoke with her 12/22, 12/29, 01/and 01/24/2017. Alliance runs a team handling platform so while she might not have specifically spoken with the assigned adjuster she was updated by one of our capable team
members. The liability and coverage investigation was completed and a comparative negligence offer with payment was issued on 01/20/2017. The offer was based on an estimate that would have fully repaired the vehicle, and we provided a shop that would complete the repairs even though they were not very costly. The bottom line is that Ms*** is really unhappy that we considered our own insured's version of the loss and applied comparative negligence and is the reason for this baseless complaint. This is no less than what she would have expected her "fantastic" carrier *** to have done had our insured pursued a claim against her. At this point the matter is closed and paid

I am rejecting this response because: I finally got the offer but there is deductions for salvage and 20% liabilityI was rear ended and I should not have $coming from an offer that is not even enough for me to get another liable vehicle and why am I being charged for salvageMy car was the 3rd car in line to make a left turn all cars were completely stopped when the cadallac plowed into the back of my vehicle and as a result bump the car in front of me and that car bumped the other carSo how am I liable. We were not in motion which means I was not following too close Your company can actually come and pick it up and give me that $toward a new vehicle because I have no use for the vehicleThe adjuster Mr*** never returned any of my calls regarding this offer

This claim was reported to our office on 10/07/and we proceeded to complete a liability assessment. This was a chain reaction rear end collision involving our insured and Mr*** vehicle. Our insured related to us that he was stopped when a vehicle rear-ended his car into the
other vehicles involved. Based on this our insured cannot be held liable for the loss and our office issued a written denial to Mr*** on 12/04/2015. Additionally, I spoke with Mr*** on 01/06/and verbally advised him of the reason for the liability decision on this. At this point given the lack of legal liability our file remains closed
