Review: I completed CPR course administered by [redacted] of American Ambulance in Uniontown, PA on 2/26/2014. Upon completion, I was handed a document stating that I successfully completed the CPR course and that, "The card has been requested and should be received within the next week.". It is now 4/16/2014 and I have yet to receive my CPR card. I have been told several times that it would be in the mail but I have not yet received it. Today, I went to the office myself to settle the matter. The gentleman at the front desk made some excuses for why the card was not mailed yet. I requested a refund of $25 since the card was yet to be issued. They informed me this was not possible and also that Mr. [redacted] was on vacation and he was the only one that could resolve this. However, I was not informed of this when I called the previous day.Desired Settlement: I would like the $25 refunded for the CPR card since the card was never issued to me. Thank you.
