American Apparel

Review: I have called and called American Apparel regarding a return item and everytime I speak to them they are saying "their returns are backed p" and that they have no record of them receiving the item. I have a tracking number which clearly shows they have received my item . I get another rep and they are saying its taking at least FOUR WEEKS to process returns! Thats not good business practice nor does it define any encouragement for me to shop their any longer knowing they have no concern with processing my returns however they processed my purchase immediately and taken the money!! I am disgusted with the handling of this. If I am going through it Im pretty sure hundreds of other patrons for "american" apparel is too!Desired Settlement: I want my refund in the form of payment that it was processed
