[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]It seems Midwest Home Exteriors doesn't care that they installed an unsafe porch railing on our porch as they never attempted to remedy or make it more solid in any way.  The lack of a building permit is a good example of the corner's they cut.  The business really fell short of our expectation on the entire porch job.

Sorry, we have had major computer programming problems and we also had problems with the cell phone we use for the business.  We have corrected the problems and are back on track to fill the horse registration orders.

We have already taken care of the problem.  I think she was in a rush to get the papers.  We are short handed and I was on vacation.  I had emailed her the forms and had emailed her several times.  I usually takes 10 business days to have the papers in the mail.  I offered...

her the money back if she would like, but she decided to go ahead with the registration.  I also sent a logo hat as a gift.?
