Review: I purchased a microwave oven combo unit from them July 1, 2014. After installation we realized that the microwave portion of the unit did not work. We notified them immediately, and were told that we would get a brand-new unit 4-5 days (they advertise they are open seven days a week) ---- after the five days had gone by I called and asked what was the update for my unit... And for three days in a row I was told that somebody is going to call me back with zero response from anybody. I then went down there to do a return for another item (which they still haven't refunded me the full amount... Whole different story) and was told it would be delivered to my home Friday or saturday..... It is now Sunday and I still do not have my new unit. This is going on two weeks and with five kids and not having a microwave or oven unit is not easy. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have called and complained with ZERO RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM! No manager has called and no one has fixed this! This is by far the most frustrating company to deal with, and I don't know how they are still in business when this is the way they treat returning customers.Desired Settlement: A working microwave oven combo unit.

Review: We recently went into their store on 1/31/14 to purchase new appliances for our kitchen and laundry room. We were happy with the service we recieved and the price we were quoted for the appliances we wanted, so we decided to make a purchase that same day. We purchased that day: 1 new fridge, 1 new washer and dryer, 1 new range, 1 new microwave and 1 new dishwasher. We have an invoice that lists all these items and states "paid in full" that they circled with red pen. All the items on the invoice were listed to be new and in box except the dishwasher which is listed on the invoice as "open box" which is what we discussed and agreed upon. When the appliances arrived at our home, my wife noticed (2) 4" long, deep scratches on either side of the front door of the range. When my wife called in and told them of this issue she was told that they made a mistake and the range was "supposed" to be an out of box item. Even though that is not what we discussed with their sales staff or what it states on our invoice. When my wife notified them of this, she was told that they will not help her with the oven until she pays the cost for the dryer, that they realized that morning before they delivered the appliances, that they did not charge us enough for the washer and dryer combo. They said we owed them another $800 dollars for the dryer and until we pay that they will not help us. When we said to please take the oven back and return our money for that item, we were told they would only give us our money back for the range if they can deduct the cost of the dryer from the return. Although we sympathize with them for their sales mistake, we do not feel we owe them any more money since we paid what we agreed on and have an invoice listing all the items and it says "paid in full". They also then accused my wife of trying to be decietfull and dishonest for trying to "play games" with them and "take advantage of them." The store now has both our money and the appliance.Desired Settlement: Since our invoice states that the Kenmore range would be a new in box item (which means no scratches) we like either of the two options to happen:1 - Supply and deliver a new range (same make and model we selected) to our home with no additional payment for the dryer due to their sales mistake, as soon as possible.or2 - Refund the $1090.00 we payed for the appliance in full.

Review: On 07/19/14 my wife and I purchased a refrigerator and stove from AAO Appliance. The refrigerator has a large scratch on the front of the top door. At the time of the sale we were offered a discount and also offered a brand new replacement door. We accepted the offer and we were told that they would deliver the door and install it within two weeks of the date of purchase. To date we have not received the new door. We have made numerous phone calls and my wife went into the store personally on 10/13/14. She spoke with the co-owner of the store, [redacted], and was told that we should never have been promised the replacement door and that it would cost AAO more to replace the door then what we paid for the refrigerator. However, [redacted] promised to call us the next day with a resolution. [redacted] never called. So on 11/4/14 my wife called and spoke with [redacted] and was again told numerous times that the replacement door should never have been promised to us. She offered us a refund for the refrigerator (minus the discount that was given to us at the time of purchase). She was incredibly rude, very argumentative and did not have the best interest of the customer in mind.Desired Settlement: Because we have received such extremely bad customer service we would like to terminate our business with AAO Appliance and request a full refund for the entire purchase of both the stove and refrigerator. The total cost for both appliances came to $2181.61 which we paid in full at the time of purchase. We would like for AAO Appliance to pick up both appliances from our home with no charge to us and at our convenience.
