I am rejecting this response because: upon delivery it was discovered by the gas company that the reason for the original gas leak as well as the current dryer was not installed by a licensed plumber as required by lawThis negligence by this company could have caused s fire to not just my home but my neighbors as wellThe gas company has still not deemed the dryer in compliance with codeThey are returning againI now have had a dryer for weeks that I can't use, have been weeks without a dryer and not once has the business acknowledged that the reason for the original problem was due to their error and ignoranceWhen I called the day the wrong dryer was delivered that mistake was stupid as any company replacing a dryer would look at the original order to know what kind of dryer it was and has caused further delay for the reasons indicated abovethe Revdex.com and public should be aware that this company is illegally installing gas appliancesI have verified by the licensing boards that they are not licensed for this workIf my dryer is not deemed in compliance tomorrow then I will be calling againAdditionally when the wrong dryer was delivered the person at the store said she could get s replacement to my home and then leftThe next day she said it was not her job

The AC unit that was brought in for repair last year was not functioning at all. The customer was told that the repair was not going to be able to be done at the moment because we did not have the correct equipment needed in order to fix the unit. The customer choose to leave the unit here claiming...

that he could wait to see if in the near future we would be able to fix it. After months any unit left is considered abandonment since we are not responsible for storage. The customer came in this year to inquire about this AC and after months of being left here it was no longer found. As the customer stated he initially contacted us 10/6/2015 and did not reach out again until six months later, 4/6/2016. We tried to work something out but the customer wanted free appliances in exchange for a AC unit that was abandoned and worth nothing since it was not working. We were more than happy to give extremely generous prices for appliances he needed but he wanted it all free, something that we could not agree on.

I am rejecting this response because: (1st) lie I did not abandon the a/c unit I kept in contact with you all the time ,I called and stop by 2 time s a month to see if it was repaired I lost track how many times I called and came in. (2nd) lie the unit was working it just wasn't blowing enough cold air, you stated it just might need some freon and you just didn't have any more I had to wait untill some more came in.(3rd) lie in october 2015 I called and you said the parts did not come in yet so I waited,in december again the parts did not come in, every month was   another excuse (no parts no freon the tech man is not here today and on on etc....)and you never called me back you had my numder from day 1 and I gave it to you again! and never a call back all lies . I call again and now you don't have the a/c unit anymore where is it.I was told you will replace it so I wait again and no call I come in and you tell me the all the units are in the container they did not take them out yet so I waited again no call so I call a month later again the units are still in the container (4th) lie. It's spring time 2016 and nothing I had to buy a new one $550.00, you want me to take a 10 year old stove and pay for it too!! the stove is garbage just like everything you have in there a (juck yard) you make great deals.  your telling  me thats a fair dea.l What did you do with my a/c unit . I want to to be reimbursed for my a/c unit .

Ms. [redacted] called to explain that she was having a problem with the gas dryer of which was purchased for Ms. [redacted], but not purchased by her. We offered to send a technician on Friday 10-31-2014 and she said it was unacceptable, therefore in effort to accommodate with Ms. [redacted]'s wishes it...

was decided to send her a replacement on Thursday 10-30-2014. Upon the delivery of the dryer it was discovered that the wrong type of dryer was sent. She needed a front loader and a top loader was sent in error. Unwilling to cooperate and accept that a mistake was made, in rage Ms. [redacted] demanded that a front load dryer be sent to her that very day. We were unable to send a front load dryer that same day, but the dryer was delivered the very next day 10-31-2014 at the time that Ms. [redacted] demanded, 5:30 pm. The company made every effort to correct the mistake and a front loader replacement dryer has been in the home of Ms. [redacted] since Friday, 10-31-2014.
