Part of my sales contract was to receive two years worth of bags for the Kirby vacuum cleaner that I purchased. I was assured I would receive the bags within two weeks of the purchase date, which was December 30, 2019. It is almost the middle of February and I have not received anything. I have called the number on the sales contract multiple times and left a message, and nobody calls me back.
