I am rejecting this response because: I called left a message with no responseI got as far as the intersate from their place and had to have it tolled to BMR racing to figure out why it would not runThey found the electrical system was all messed up and had to rework it to get it to run, that cost me $While trying to figure out what was wrong with it they found that the transmission was almost cracked into and was about to break a lose from the motor, so they recommend I don't drive itIt has been at BMR racing every since the day I picked it up from their businessIt was going to cost me another $1600+ to make it road worthy I left a message letting them know that with no replyI would like for the transmission be fixed or my money returnedThank you

[redacted] bought the 1987 holiday rambler from us on 12/23/15. For $5000 he wasn't able to pick it up for a couple days he said on the 3'rd day we called to see if he was going to pick up the rv we found out he was in the hospital so we said it will be okay to leave it at the lot until...

he felt better we said just get well and call us when your ready to get it.it wasn't until years eve until he called and was ready to get it we meet up with him and it didn't start due to something was left on and the batteries died. So after trying to charge it and jump it we went and bought him a new battery out of pocket just to help the guy out. After the battery was put in we left and he said thanx and he'll take it from there later he texted us and told us it was off the freeway and he thanked us for our help And that was the last time we spoke I honestly thought we was on good terms until I received the letter saying to call u guysBut I never received any other calls or text from him

We knocked off money for you when you bought it because you gave us a sad story we was very fair with you and we never received any calls or messages and and now your saying we took advantage of you I don't know why your acting like this when we told you that $500 less we said we'll donate it to your family and now your doing all this

I am rejecting this response because: i'm not doing anything but trying to get this rv fixed or my money back. the transmission is about to fall off the back of the engine. the rv is not road worthy and has been sitting at BMR Racing every since the day I picked it up from your business and had to have it towed to BMR Racing. you know all the problems you and I had trying to get that thing to run but only made it as far as the interstate, and that is where I had to have it towed from. I had to spend $300 to have BMR Racing find out what was wrong with it and turned out the the electrical system was all messed up and that is where they found the broken transmission. to have that trans replaced will cost another $1600+ per BMR Racing. I should not have to pay for that.
