We were contacted regarding the incident. We addressed this issue as soon as we were able. We do have a protocol to follow. We first had to contact our insurance agent and needed to investigate the area ourselves before we responded to the complaint. We were not intentionally avoiding the...

complaint. Also, there was email correspondence that was occurring between AA&C and the person filing the complaint from the time he notified us to the date we were able to disclose our insurance information. According to my records, this issue has been resolved.
