We were contacted regarding the incidentWe addressed this issue as soon as we were ableWe do have a protocol to followWe first had to contact our insurance agent and needed to investigate the area ourselves before we responded to the complaintWe were not intentionally avoiding the complaintAlso, there was email correspondence that was occurring between AA&C and the person filing the complaint from the time he notified us to the date we were able to disclose our insurance informationAccording to my records, this issue has been resolved

Driveway repairs were made by American Asphalt and Concrete after purchase of a new home ([redacted]) to correct an HOA violation. Full payment for driveway repairs was made from house settlement proceedings to American Asphalt and Concerete. New driveway was to correct driveway damage and drainage issues in yard and pipe stem.

Driveway installed actually made drainage problem worse instead of fixing the problem. Improper

installation was noticed and repairs requested on the day of installation. Numerous conversations and e-mails have been traded with company owner without acceptable resolution.Desired Settlement: Refund – Check

Hopefully you have received my fax of November 24, 2013 (8 pages included cover page). At that time I had anticipated faxing the pictures and the legend to you but then thought it would be a more accurate depiction of the site if I mailed the color pictures to you.

The referenced pictures and legend are enclosed herewith and sent via certified mail, return receipt requested.

The PDF files I received did not include a fax or any information dated November 24. If there was additional communication from American Asphalt it was not included in my package. The only information I received was a series of pictures and a legend.
