Called the business (440) 729-8080 on 8/25/at 11:05AM and was informed by Ashley the business completed the job on 8/14/and provided the consumer with a deeper discount

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
That is simply not true, they never mark area on the driveway when they give an estimate, that does not make sense, the business assumed I was going to have the driveway done but I never received an estimate, they only called me when they were there to do my neighbors drive, the estimate was not accepted, there was no reason to mark my driveway, it is as bright orange as when it was initially painted, I look at it every day and why should I  get a power washer and do the labor, they need to remove it or I am filing a complaint with the city and the city police, they made a mistake and need to take ownership.
