I write this report about a Downers Grove liquidation company (American Asset Adventage, Incthrough it's marketing division chainstore.services) that scammed us (a Villa Park mens clothing store) into an agreement allowing them to sell off our store fixtures and letting them collect the proceeds, 70% of which they agreed to remit to us by the 10th of the following month No monies were remitted to us at any time and Liquidator refuses to return messages asking if he intends to remit the monies due us On two separate occasions we had an employee go to the liquidator's place of business at Centre Circle Drive, Downers Grove to speak to someone and get information Noone was present at the place of business on either occasion during business hours Now, days later, I've given up leaving unanswered messages on the company phone, the president's cell phone, the president's email and text messaging the president My hope is that other businesses are not conned as we were into allowing this company to sell its fixtures, take the proceeds and refuse to return messages BE AWARE! This company is not trustworthy and they've effectively stolen the proceeds of my store fixtures Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!
