To whom it may concern,

We are an auto repossession company. The customers vehicle was pick up by our company on 7/29/14. After picking up the unit it was taken back to our storage yard. Usually the company that we are contracted with has us take the car right to auction but the car...

was taken to our yard. The night it was picked up it was taken to our yard. The following morning the manager of [redacted] called us and asked us to hold onto the car because the customer was making payment arrangements. About a week went by and we handt heard from the customer or the manager of [redacted]. We called [redacted] and they said to wait until the following Monday to take it to the auction. The Monday came and the owner Mrs [redacted] called us and set up a time to come and get all her personal belongings. The debtor made several appointments and never showed up. Around the 8th the Mrs [redacted] came into our office and cleaned out most of her personal belongings and said she would be back later in the week. We never heard from the customer. We contacted the Manager of [redacted] and they told us to take the vehicle to aution. It was delivered to [redacted]. Because of our contract with [redacted] max/[redacted] we do not open cars, inventory personal items or anything like that. When the customer came and cleaned out the car there was never any mention of any items missing, damage or any cash missing especially in the amount of $5000. We have never had any other contact with customer since she called and left a message with us with these accusations. We made contact with the lein holder. The customer was actually 97 days past due on the loan, 60 day past due on her promise to pay. She had also settled a lower pay off with [redacted] and didn't follow through this is the reason why the car was repossessed. This can all be verified with [redacted]. What this complaint boils down to is a customer mad that her car was repossessed. If you have any questions please call me.
