I signed up to take my *** test through the AAMA under which I was told to do soMy school then emailed me and told me that I can not take my test through this facility and they don't know why I was even allowed to sign upI have emailed them to get a refund because I am not able to take my test through them and got told by them that they can not because they already spent my money at the testing site that I can not even take

I phoned this company a year ago to renew my certification by CEU's and was told to buy this certain book, take the quiz and mail it back in with payment and that I had one year from the take stamped on the quizI purchased the book and took the quiz and mailed it in before the year was up I received an email stating that I could no longer recertify that way because it was past the due date of May, but per the phone call and quiz I had until NovemberThey forwarded my information on to an "excutitve" who said the same thing and that they "can't find" the employee to ask her what she told me, yet they supposedly record each phone callFor almost $more I can take a test and regain my certificationThis is unacceptable, I did what I was told on the phoneThe lady I orginally spoke with on the phone had looked up my account and gave me instrucations on how to recertify and what I needed to buyI don't ha e the money right before the holidays to come up with money to pay for an ex
