Review: I ordered a book from the website and was charged on May 31. I did not receive the book, so I emailed to ask about it and was told it had shipped two weeks ago and another would be sent. I still have not received it a month later, and I have emailed and left numerous messages in the last two weeks. I cannot get anyone to respond and I need the book for a class.Desired Settlement: I just want the book I have already paid for.

I am responding to your correspondence regarding Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted]. You indicated that a customer made a purchase on May 30 and that the item was never delivered. I checked with the accounting department and was told that the book, Common Sense About Uncommon Knowledge, was shipped on July 9, 2013.
I e-mailed the customer, [redacted], to inquire if she had received the book since her complaint was filed prior to the shipment and I did not receive a response. Therefore, I am shipping another copy of the book to her today.
AACTE apologizes for the delay in fulfilling this order in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it was an oversight due to the use of a new mailing and shipping process.
