that a refund would take place to our credit card and it was refunded - $45 as stated in the complaint. Thank you for your interventions. This case can be closed now. While we were thankful for the refund the fact remains that we had to go through the Revdex.com for rightful treatment. We would still never stay there again - ruined our entire vacation with an infested and dirty room.
