Thanks for letting us know about this issue. All of us at American Auto Body work extremely hard to make sure our customers get the best service.
This vehicle/ jeep required over $20,000 in repair but our parts availability was stalled three different times due to the COVID-19 all factory manufactures are running at 25% capacity which has made us hard to get parts for this very large repair understanding the customers concern we waved their $1000 deductible so it would buy her a full three months of rental car but should be delivering the vehicle within the next seven working days vehicle also had three separate change orders. Due to the amount of damage at the insurance carrier authorized and there was coverage issues with the vehicle to begin with which also delayed the process. The vehicle sat for six weeks before insurance carrier authorized repairs.
