I visited the shop on March took in my Ford Explorer and the mechanics there brought it to my attention that the Transmission needed to be repairedMy total came out to $I paid $1,000March for the month of April May and June I paid $those individual months which brought it to paid in full as of June The transmission repair came with warranty which expired in December after 12//I took the vehicle back in December 1st and they told me it was in transmission again that it was a sensor that they will repair it since it was still under warrantyA week went by and I never heard from them so I gave them a call and they told me they were still waiting on a part to arrive so they can work on my vehicleAgain another week gone by and that's the same excuse I heard time and time again they were waiting for a part and as soon as it arrives they will work on it and call me so I may pick up my vehicle after the work was doneI got a phone call

On 8/31/I took my Honda Accord to highland auto center to have the transmission rebuiltAfter one week I did not receive a call from the business so I contacted them, I Was told that the wrong part was ordered and that it would be another week before they could repair it After the second I still did not hear from them, so I had to contact them and was told it was ready, I picked it upA few days later while I was driving it, the car started to overheat, I checked the fluids and found out that there was no water nor antifreeze in the radiator, I deciced to take care of this matter myself, although it should have been done before they released it to meIn January the transmission started slipping again, so I took it back to the business and they told me to leave it, (there was a month warranty from the original date) They stated that there was water getting into the transmission and that it wast the transmission oil coolerSo I had that part replaced at my expense
