quality of services. Hence in response to the above referenced complaint I would like to clarify the issue that Ms. [redacted] brought up. First of all, Ms. [redacted] is confused and not very truthful in her complaint. She purchased a 2000 Ford Focus from us on December 18th, 2014. At that time, Ms. [redacted] did not have the ability to pay in full for the vehicle. As a result. she applied for our in house financing program, also known as Buy Here, Pay Here. Ms. [redacted] signed a retail installment contract, as well as a bill of sale and itemized statement of financed amount. (Please see the attached exhibits). She did make her payments until June of 2015, -WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS. In June of 2015 Ms. [redacted] decided to pay off her vehicle and, as a result, on June 8th 2015 we canceled the lien on her title. Again, at that time NO COMPLAINTS! In November of 2015, after being the sole owner of her car for 6 months Ms. [redacted] called us for an estimate on her brakes and since our prices are the best in town, Ms. [redacted] came to us to fix her brakes. We replaced the rotors and the pads, charging her only $200.00 for parts and labor. We also gave Ms. [redacted] the opportunity to pay us in two installments, because she did not have enough money at that time. A couple of weeks later, Ms. [redacted] called again and informed us that she was concerned about her car and that "something is leaking". Again, she came in to the shop for our mechanic to inspect her vehicle. We discovered that one of the brake lines was leaking. Ms. [redacted] was given an estimate and was advised that it is NOT safe for her to drive the car until it gets fixed. However, Ms. [redacted] declined the repair and left with the leaking brake fluid. On a more personal note, please keep in mind that we are talking about a vehicle that is 15 years old and which sooner or later needed the repairing. Speaking of 'they lied to me about paper work and selling price on the title"... Ms. [redacted] needs to understand that financial charges and sales taxes do not appear on the title under the purchasing price. The subtotal on the bill of sale is $3695.00, on top of that there are the fees and sales taxes, and this is why she paid more! (Please see attached exhibits) I hope that my response will help resolve this bogus complaint. Moreover, at this time we are fully prepared to file a law suit against Ms. [redacted] for damaging our reputation. Sincerely, [redacted].
