I was going to buy a car from them gave them $3,000 they ran my credit and said then th and stated it was fine one o signed the contract f the and then he told me that I could pick it up the next day because they had to detail it first associates there by the name of Ricky e came to my home and collected the money from me make a long story short I did not take the car off of their property and told them I would like to have my money back since I do not have possession of the car they kept $750 out of it would not give me a copy of the contract or nothing and they keep running my credit over and over and over and over again and my credit is getting so low now it's ridiculous but that very same day praise the Lord I went by the car from a rep and now because of American Home Depot my credit is ruined and they keep doing it over and over and over again utable dealer

Review: They sold me a crappy car. I bought it off [redacted], and he lied to me about the issues it had. He told me the start up sound was normal because of the model of the car, but found out it was an issue with the car instead. He told me the tires were brand new...but one of them popped my first week having it. The car has always squeaked when I drive & the brakes squeal. The air bag light has always been on, the windshield wipers are bad, and I still haven't received my tags yet!! I contacted him & he told me he would take care of all the problems as long as I referred people to him. Which I did & they are having problems as well. So, when I contacted American Auto, they told me they had no knowledge of my car & couldn't help me with anything! What crooks! I will NEVER refer anyone to this place & people need to steer clear from there. Once they took my money, [redacted] did not answer & calls or texts from me.Desired Settlement: All & all I want them to fix my car. I have proof in text messages when he told me he would take care of it. But now all of a sudden, he will not answer me back, nor will American Auto. I'd rather be car-less than have to deal with a car that I can't even drive anywhere & be stuck with payments! I also need my tags!! I contacted [redacted] & they told me they didn't have them. I contacted American auto & they acted clueless & told me they had no idea. I cant get a response from anyone! Ridiculous.

Mr. [redacted] purchase this car on Aug 30th 2015. The vehicle was sold "As Is" (see buyers guide Attached) and no verbal promises were made (see Due Bill Attached) . This vehicle went through a division 12 compliance check by a ASE certified mechanic shop ([redacted]) (see Checklist Attached). Cust registration was completed on 9/4/15 and mailed to address proved by cust on the day of sale. ([redacted]. If the cust needs help with getting hes car fixed I work with few shops that I can get him a discount on all repairs needed. Unfortunately the cust doesn't have any warranty so the best I can do is get him my discount..

Review: I bought a clean title car from american auto depot ([redacted]) 2006 Buick Lucerne with 68000 miles on it I put 2500$ down owing the lot 500 a few weeks later the car was in a hit and run accident a police report was made. my insurence was notified they scheduled me a time when my agent would come out to estimate the damages they quoted the damages at 3800 at no time did my insurance say they we're salvaging my title due to the accident. american auto depot called and notified me "the" insurance wanted to salvage my car never said my insurance so im figuring there own insurance that the car was still under.american auto depot said if they salvaged the car I could buy it back at a lower cost I was ok but I was never given the option to do so I was told the car needed a break and light inspection not knowing thats the beginning of the salvaging process they had it for a hole day when I got the car back they told me they would let me know later what "the insurance" said a few days went by I called and asked if they heard anything they said no all of a sudden a few days later [redacted] called and said I was no longer paying the finance company lobel my payment that I was just going to pay the lot and that I needed to sign a new contract and give him the old one I went in signed a new contract which I feel was under false pretenses but didnt have my old one with me I have no new contract just the old one I called another few days and asked about registration and plates for the car the sales person john said they had them and to come pick them up when I got the registration the car was salvaged I called the finance company they told me the lot paid my car off I called my insurance to see if they salvaged my car they said no.Desired Settlement: I want out of my payment. They are trying to get double paid for this car. Insurence fraud! I owe the lot nothing the car is not worth the 11000$ in payments they are trying to stick me with now that the car's salvaged. Ive already put up 2500$ down 850$ for the insurance check to get cashed through the lot and my first payment I made to lobel for 356$ a total of 3,706 which I feel the car isn't even worth that I would never purchase a salvaged title car.
