Complete scam artistBought two cars from them cash and they tried to force me to pay twice for sales taxes in order to transfer my titleSalesman *** did fake tag paper work and did not register my vehicle, I was pulled over and nearly went to jail and my car was impounded and I have to go to court for unregistered vehicle and tag not belonging on vehicleAll of which was supposed to have been taken care of at the dealership when I purchased the vehicleI am currently pursuing legal action against them

DO NOT BUY AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE;
There is only one good thing about this dealer; BUY HERE PAY HERE;
However what does this buy here pay here entails.... Read my mistake, my SURVIVAL story; I survived..
It is awful to call a human being a liar, but these individuals are nothing more than that. I can say that from my experience I luckily survived owning a car sold by these thieves. About 2 years ago I bought a 2004 Mitsubishi Gallant for a total price of 6000; I put 3000 down plus 500 "dealer fee." A month after I got this car I decided to take it to a car shop because my A/C was not working and I was hearing a lot of noises coming from everywhere; At the shop they told me that the A/C system had a leak and it seemed like these thieves had simply refilled the gas right before they sold it to me. To start not only did they find a problem with the A/C which turned out to be a total of $800. They found the brakes were completely used, pads, rotors, the calipers were even getting locked!! The 2 tires in the front were damaged on the inner part of the tire. The wheels could not be removed as the wheel locked could not be found. The radiator was leaking, I had to get a new radiator and all possible valves related to it! The oil was a mixture of new oil and something that look like CRUDE OIL. The struts and shocks were really damaged too and as result the 2 "new tires" on the rear were completely CUPPY or deformed. My driver window would not got down... The front passenger window worked at times.. After this terrible disappointment I tried getting a refund or help from these awful humans, however these people at [redacted] or American Auto Group, Inc did not even try to touch their hearts. All they said was that the car did not have any problems when I took it that it ran perfectly fine. They refused to gave me a refund.
I cannot express how low I felt as a human being, how impotent I felt and my only choice was to fix this nightmare of a car. I spent over $2500 in repairs; I am still paying these debts and I do not even own this car anymore.
I want to warn everyone that I am only a college student and luckily I got a job at this shop under the Bridgestone Umbrella. I worked for a year and a half at this job. I spent over $2500 with an employee discount, I believe it might of been more as I lost track of how much I spent ; I cannot imagine how much it would of cost me if I would of not worked there. I cannot imagine what someone in my same position would of done as this is way too much money considering I was still paying $300 for my car for a year plus all the repairs; Plus insurance of an independent teenager..
Please do not make the mistake I made, I was naive and I thought that since they have the buy here pay here I could make it and I did but at what cost????
Please if you do not have much money buy a Transportation while you save up but do not, please do not buy a car at a dealer like this one;
I also want to say that I feel terrible about writing a review like the one I just wrote because I am ashamed of my mistake. I would rather stay quite but I cannot tolerate people like these.

Dear Revdex.com Team,
I HAVE PROOF I WAS A CUSTOMER OF THESE PEOPLE AND I KNOW THEY WILL SAY THAT EITHER THE OWNER HAS CHANGED OR THAT THEY DO NOT KNOW ME AS A CUSTOMER, THEY ARE SNEAKY;
I HAVE INVOICES OF REPAIRS...
I WOULD NOT POST THIS IF I DIDN'T WANT OTHERS TO RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, I AM HONESTLY AFRAID TO POST THIS.
I WISHED THIS REVIEW COULD BE ANONYMOUS...

What can I say about American auto I'll keep it short...I gave them almost 4 grand down on a Cadillac that came out to a little over 10 grand when I had $3200 left I was 1 week late and they took the car and demanded full payment for a week late please don't ever buy a car there you will be disappointed...plus the car had a ton of peoblems

Do not buy anything from this dealership, Hidden fees,no customers service, ripped off the down payment from you and use tricks to take the car away from you... Hidden fees, professional Liars.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THOSE LIARS!!!!
