DO NOT BUY AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE; There is only one good thing about this dealer; BUY HERE PAY HERE; However what does this buy here pay here entailsRead my mistake, my SURVIVAL story; I survived It is awful to call a human being a liar, but these individuals are nothing more than thatI can say that from my experience I luckily survived owning a car sold by these thievesAbout years ago I bought a Mitsubishi Gallant for a total price of 6000; I put down plus "dealer fee." A month after I got this car I decided to take it to a car shop because my A/C was not working and I was hearing a lot of noises coming from everywhere; At the shop they told me that the A/C system had a leak and it seemed like these thieves had simply refilled the gas right before they sold it to me To start not only did they find a problem with the A/C which turned out to be a total of $They found the brakes were completely used, pads, rotors, the calipers were even getting locked!! The tires in the front were damaged on the inner part of the tireThe wheels could not be removed as the wheel locked could not be foundThe radiator was leaking, I had to get a new radiator and all possible valves related to it! The oil was a mixture of new oil and something that look like CRUDE OILThe struts and shocks were really damaged too and as result the "new tires" on the rear were completely CUPPY or deformedMy driver window would not got downThe front passenger window worked at times After this terrible disappointment I tried getting a refund or help from these awful humans, however these people at [redacted] or American Auto Group, Inc did not even try to touch their heartsAll they said was that the car did not have any problems when I took it that it ran perfectly fineThey refused to gave me a refund I cannot express how low I felt as a human being, how impotent I felt and my only choice was to fix this nightmare of a carI spent over $in repairs; I am still paying these debts and I do not even own this car anymore I want to warn everyone that I am only a college student and luckily I got a job at this shop under the Bridgestone Umbrella I worked for a year and a half at this jobI spent over $with an employee discount, I believe it might of been more as I lost track of how much I spent ; I cannot imagine how much it would of cost me if I would of not worked thereI cannot imagine what someone in my same position would of done as this is way too much money considering I was still paying $for my car for a year plus all the repairs; Plus insurance of an independent teenager Please do not make the mistake I made, I was naive and I thought that since they have the buy here pay here I could make it and I did but at what cost???? Please if you do not have much money buy a Transportation while you save up but do not, please do not buy a car at a dealer like this one; I also want to say that I feel terrible about writing a review like the one I just wrote because I am ashamed of my mistakeI would rather stay quite but I cannot tolerate people like these

to a [redacted] Warranty, AA did not issue a warranty for this vehicle;3.From the date of sale until the vehicle was repossessed in June 2014, the customer was late on nearly every payment;4.Given the fact that the customer failed to make several payments. AA issued two (2) Notices of Repossession by certified mail, return receipt requested in accordance with Pennsylvania law;5.The customer did not sign for either certified letter;6.The customer contacted A A and advised the vehicle would not start. The customer accused A A of disabling the vehicle, It was later discovered that the starter had failed;7.The customer then demanded that AA replace the starter. However, this was not covered under the [redacted] Warranty. This was also not an item warranted by AA; and8.The Notices of Repossession were sent in May 2014 and the vehicle was repossessed in June 2014 for failure to make payments in accordance with the Installment Sales Agreement,As a result of the foregoing, we ask that this complaint not reflect negatively on our Revdex.com Reliability Report. Review: I bought an 02 [redacted] in August of 2013 and it had obvious wheel bearing issues as well as a noticeable rattle which Pat said was an exhaust issue that would be fixed. Both were supposedly fixed and I picked the car up. I complained that the rattle was still present. Also, shortly after I got the car back from the lot it sounded like it was having wheel bearing issues again. Saturday, September 13 my front drivers side tire fell off. Pat's own tow truck driver pointed out that the oval holes indicated that it had been loose from the go. Pat performed body work and put a new tire on the car and said that he put on a new exhaust. When I picked it up I informed him the rattle was still present. He said he had to draw a line. I have since found out that this model car is notorious for pre-catalyst issues and when they break apart they suck into the engine and scar the walls and fry the piston rings. My warranty won't cover it. My mechanic says there is nothing new at all about that exhaust. And the front bumper is separating from the car. It's been nothing but lies and shoddy work from day one. I have made a total of $2,000 in payments in the last 10 months and during that time have only been able to drive the car 6.5 months.Desired Settlement: I am willing to concede the $2,000 in payments I've made to pay for the 6.5 months I have been able to drive the car. That's $307.69 per month. I am asking for my down payment back so that I can get another car.

(AMERICAN AUTO GROUP) ATTEMPTING TO SELL ME A 2005 JEEP LIMITED *KNOWING* THAT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET THE TITLE FOR IT FOR A WHILE! BUT I GUESS THEY EVENTUALLY GOT A HECK OF A WAKE UP CALL AND THEN FINALLY TOLD ME AFTER ALMOST 3 MONTHS OF DRIVING IT WITH A DEALER TAG WITHOUT A TEMPORARY REGISTRATION CARD, WARRANTY, ETC, THAT I HAD TO GIVE IT BACK because I guess after several times of visiting with them asking about the status n telling them of the issues I was having with the Jeep itself and getting the warranty in my name WHEN THERE AGAIN THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD SENT THE PAPERWORK TO PEN-DOT N I WAS SUPPOSED TO KEEP AN EYE OPEN FOR THE MAIL FOR THE PAPER WORK FORMS TO MAKE IT OFFICIAL WHEN THAT WAS A LIE CAUSE I CALLED PEN-DOT N THE WARRANTY CO., THEY SAID THEY NEVER HEARD A D** THING FROM THE DEALER N THAT IT WAS STILL IN THE OTHER OWNER'S NAME.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] 2003, from this pay here buy here company in Feb. 2013. There where suppose to be repairs that were made to the car and were never made. I was late on payments, then paid update. Then did not process my payment and sent it to be reposed. That was in March, 2014. They car was never reposed at the time because it was due to the man [redacted] unable to run the credit card. Ran the credit and paid the 150.00 that was for their neglect in calling of the tow truck. Then went up and paid April payment on the 16th of the month in cash. Two weeks later they disabled my car, didn't know that because I called and, [redacted] stated that wasn't the case. I then had it repaired brand new started and push start, come to find out they disabled my [redacted]. I then called and he hung the phone up on me and stated that my loan was sold and never gave me any information on it being sold. I did not pay May's payment due to the repairs need because they lied to me about shutting down my [redacted]. I have receipts on all the cash that was given.Desired Settlement: I want the return of the money that was put in the [redacted] 03, and lost of wages due to missing work. As well as car rental fees.
