American Auto Maxx

Review: I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I had at an establishment of American Auto Maxx currently located at [redacted] suite #[redacted], VA, [redacted]. On January 15, 2014, I went to American Auto Maxx with my family. We went to look at a 2010 [redacted] blue in color with 3rd row seat. We were dealing with the owner for the whole time and he never introduced himself or gave us his name. We asked him about the car we were interested in and he told us its right outside. We went outside and he came right behind us and gave us the key for the vehicle and went back inside the dealership. After 10 minutes later he came back to us and asked us if we wanted to buy it or not? I said to him sir this is why we came out to look at this vehicle. However, I'm concern about the threads of the tires which they seem to have compromised. After the owner/sales person replied very rudely and loudly "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? YOU CAN'T SEE IT PASSED THE SAFETY INSPECTION. GO BUY IT SOME PLACE ELSE." I said you're refusing to sell or talk about this vehicle on what bases just because I asked you a simple question about the tires? The owner/sales person got hostile and used offensive language with profanity and told us to get out of here. We started walking to our vehicle and we could still hear him shouting at us and calling us names by using abusive language and profanity. We all clearly felt that we were asked to leave and were refused to sell the vehicle under prohibited reason such as racism, sexism, and religious-ism.Desired Settlement: An apology letter required for embarrassing, humiliating and destroying my reputation in the public place and in front of my family members. An apology letter is required for avoiding receiving a legal law suit for refusing to sell the vehicle for absolutely no reason mentioned as well as using foul language.

The complaint that you have gotten about American Auto Maxx is wrong. This dealer is located in [redacted],VA on [redacted]. The complaint that you have gotten was a wrong accusation. My sales person did not say anything to the customer. The customers cousin used profanity towards my sales person. Therefore this is not my sales persons fault.
