I called this place looking for a relay for the DRL. After explaining what I needed the salesman put me on hold quickly without notice. I then asked about the part and the guy said he doesn't know anything about that rather then checking and put me on hold gain without notice. I asked about the part and he said the car had already been stripped and they don't have relays. Now this part is worth $150+ new. Before I could explain this he hung up on me. Worst customer service I have ever received.

I Have a automotive repair shop, an called for a quote for a part, talked to [redacted] and he asked me how much do I pay for this part normally, I told him I pay between $100 and $300 Dollars, and he offered for $100, I said OK, I'll be there tomorrow at 7:30 am to Pick the part up. So I made arrangements and rented a vehicle to travel to Phoenix. Later he calls and tells me that they sold the part to someone else because that person paid them more than me. Now, I don't have the part and I had to pay Car Rental For NOTHING. I Thought they were professionals.
