This store/company is terriblePlease don't buy anything from this storeI bought a $couch two years ago and the bonded leather is peeling terribleThis shouldn't happen in two years I even bought the warranty and was told that it doesn't cover peeling! I guess they knew when I bought the warranty that their furniture doesn't uphold longTerrible quality and terrible customer service I have never bought a couch before and it peeled so bad It is virtually useless The manager told me, well, that's the procedure and like it or not, I've got to take it

I am the 3rd or 4th owner of a house that was built years ago When the lights went out in my kitchen recently, I saw a sticker with Dillard's name on the breaker box, and called them up They were out first thing next morning
Turned out it was a switch that needed rewiring, and minutes later my lights were back on and they were out the door, free of charge No service charge or anything; it cost me nothing They really stand behind their work

I called this company looking for a part for my car. He told me I needed some information which I did not have and I told him I understand that you need specific information...and was rudely interrupted before I could explain I would like to know if you have any parts for this vehicle at all at your location to ensure I am in the right place. The OWNER of the business then proceeded to tell me I was having a bad day, became very hostile and rude and before I could get all the information that I needed to even know if I was looking in the right place, HUNG UP on me!! Not once did I raise my voice at him, I did ask him to listen to what I was asking him which he did not do. When I called back, he continued being very hostile and RUDE and instructed me to take my business elsewhere. Which I will happily do! Some people lack basic customer service skills. All I really needed to know if there where any parts at all there so as not to waste my time going to that location. Apparently, he is doing so well he doesn't need any new business.

Review: I had called American Auto Salvage to procure several used auto parts. I spoke with Tony over the phone on 5 different occasions regarding the 4 auto parts I was searching for. According to Tony, he had those parts on stock and could hold them for me if I agreed to pay via credit card in advance and could pick them up. I ordered the parts and paid for them with my credit card. The total came to $215.00 and I scheduled to pick up the parts in a few days, on June 20, 2014 at 10:00 AM. Tony assured me the parts would be ready for pick up at that time. Another call was made to Tony on the day of the pickup at 10:00 AM to confirm the parts are ready for pickup before I head out. According to Tony, all the parts are ready for pickup with the exemption to one part which he had to retrieve from the vehicle. I explained to Tony that I am 30 minutes away and asked if the part would be ready by then, in which Tony responded that the part would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Once I arrived at the location, Tony told me that one part was still not ready and it would take 10 to 15 minutes. I explained to him that I am on a time crunch and would appreciate any rush he could provide on getting that part ready. Again, I had 5 total phone conversations with him confirming the availability of the parts to ensure they would all be made available to me prior to my arrival. After 10-15 minutes Tony told me that part is not available and could not be provided. I was confused because on the five previous phone conversations, including the one I had before I left to go pick up the parts, he told me all the parts are available and would be ready for pick-up. When I brought this up, he spoke in a very disrespectful and aggressive tone restating the part is not there. He offered me the option to refund that part and provide me with the other parts I needed. I told him that would have to suffice although I am not happy about the misinformation, he said he would not sell me any of the parts and asked me to leave.Desired Settlement: I want Tony to provide me the parts that I paid for and he promised me.
