I called this company looking for a part for my carHe told me I needed some information which I did not have and I told him I understand that you need specific information...and was rudely interrupted before I could explain I would like to know if you have any parts for this vehicle at all at your location to ensure I am in the right placeThe OWNER of the business then proceeded to tell me I was having a bad day, became very hostile and rude and before I could get all the information that I needed to even know if I was looking in the right place, HUNG UP on me!! Not once did I raise my voice at him, I did ask him to listen to what I was asking him which he did not doWhen I called back, he continued being very hostile and RUDE and instructed me to take my business elsewhereWhich I will happily do! Some people lack basic customer service skillsAll I really needed to know if there where any parts at all there so as not to waste my time going to that locationApparently, he is doing so well he doesn't need any new business
