Review: I had this company do some aftermarket work on my 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 truck. It was involving adding custom lights cut into the bumper and another mounted in the front bumper of truck and also one light on headache rack which came out the way I told him to configure it. I also wanted two Amber strobe lights in the front inside the grill and I got four lights instead. I wanted two Amber strobe lights mounted on the side of my headache rack and two between the tailgate and bumper. I got seven (red) strobe lights drilled into my headache rack and four (red) strobes in between my tailgate and bumper. And the main switchboard to control everything is not how I told him to do it and looks like it belongs in a old beat up vehicle not a 60,000 truck. I was very unhappy with the job and told the [redacted] where he in turn told me that's what I asked for. I was basically cornered to pay the way over priced bill in order to get my truck and when asked if he would change the issues I had he said no because it's what I told him to do. He did not write down what the job was supposed to be after I left his place of business so I have nothing to stand on.Desired Settlement: I was charged 2550.00 to have all of this work done and it was never authorized by me to go ahead and do at that price because I would have said no. I believe I am owed a full refund of money and he can gladly take whatever he put in the truck that I didn't ask for out. I am willing to negotiate a honest price for the lights that were purchased at given to him from myself but wiring that was not done right and switch panel and lighting I will not accept.
