Equipment damaged my tiresI was laughed at and called a scammer when confronting the business owner I had selected the tire shine option at the American Auto Spa carwash locationAfter the car wash I noticed there was a significant amount of wear and tear that the tire shine had done to all four of my hubcapsI approached the employees of the business and received contact information of the owner of the businessOn february 26th, I spoke with the owner and was laughed at on the phone and spoken with phrases such as "you know and I know what your trying to do"He stated the damage was already present and I was trying to scam himI preceded to calm the business owner down and assure him if he could show me on the cameras he was boasting about on the phone the same damage that I saw and documented afterwards then I would leave the claimHe proceeded to state that I need to contact my insurance and they can contact him

We're also a community that sadly, must occasionally deal with business owners that don't support their customers I have collected pages upon pages of stories of others in our community, who have publically written about their bad experiences with the car wash itself, and their disappointment with an owner/operator who refuses to take care of the damages caused by his business Rather, Mr [redacted] is adamant he is not at fault, threatening slande

Paid dollars for premium car wash at the America auto Spa in mckinney and the automated car wash broke driver side mirror I went to the America Auto Spa in Mckinney Texas on 07-August and first vacuumed my car not seeing any damages done to the vehicleFrom there I started driving through the car wash and everything was fine until the halfway pointFrom there I heard the driver side car mirror crack and seen it bend back from the positionAfter the car was finishing washing I stopped and pulled off to the side of the building and inspected the damaged mirror and seen that the whole glass was shattered and the mount for the mirror broken from the carI proceeded to talk to the employee and gave him my contact information and I got his bosses name Benny RobinsonAbout hours later Mrrobinson finally called me and told me that my mirror had an existing condition that was broken and he will not be held responsible for the damages that was caused by his car washTh
