Thank you for your letter I'm sorry, I cannot accept any apologies from D & D Words would never make up for what they did I am ** years old and never in my lifetime experienced such a dishonest situation *** (the person that operates D & D plumbing) sent two young boys (Grandson and another boy) and they destroyed underneath my home, stuck a wash machine hose in the ground and torn down all of the insulation I called *** about no water coming in, she made a appointment in two weeks On the last day she phoned to say "*** (son-in-law) is not coming to check anything Get a repairman or buy a new wash machine" I had to call a plumber, he has a license and is a honest man He found a mess, the hose stuck in the ground and the insulation tore everywhere He also wrote me a list of what I needed to buy to replace the way it was originally Not to mention, the labor this will require I watched this plumber do the work and I don't think D & D could have handled this job, maybe that is why they refused to come
*** committed fraud against ** *** *** **., the job required one(1) hose to be replaced and glued The young boys was here one (1) hour and twenty minutes They stood around so long, I asked them if there was a problem and they was waiting on glue to dry Very small job *** charged six hundred and eighty nine dollars $
Of course, I do not trust ***, she is intelligent and knows how to get over on people I do not feel comfortable giving her the plumber's name I will phone him and try to explain about *** and see if he gives his permission He is a honest man and I don't want to cause him any harm I consider *** to be trouble
I have never been in a situation like this It is unbeliveable that people can do what D & D plumbing did to me
I want to Thank you very much This mess D & D left me is on my mind everyday I will continue this complaint until I am made whole

that was at [redacted] residence in May 2014.
We are sorry she has been dissatisfied , and regret the
fact she is upset with D&D.
If you could have the plumbers name we would appreciate
it as we would like to have his opinion of the work that needed to be done.

font-family: arial, sans-serif;">We as a company are not perfect, but we do try take care of customer relations,and take care of any issues that arise in a timely manner, In talking to the customer we discovered that the customer did not make the complaint and it was not their desire that a complaint was filed,
We at D&D had not been called or notified about any problems or complaints, since we have received the notice from your office we have gone to the customer, saw the nick, [the tub has been installed for 10 month, ]talked to them, and made arrangements to check the door hinge and seal, and and have the nicks repaired.
