This is in response to complaint [redacted] We as a company are not perfect, but we do try take care of customer relations,and take care of any issues that arise in a timely manner, In talking to the customer we discovered that the customer did not make the complaint and it was not their desire that a complaint was filed, We at D&D had not been called or notified about any problems or complaints, since we have received the notice from your office we have gone to the customer, saw the nick, [the tub has been installed for month, ]talked to them, and made arrangements to check the door hinge and seal, and and have the nicks repairedThank You [redacted] for D&D [redacted] ***
