On July 15, 2015, customer came in which they have had their own diagnostic done at ***Customer brought in own partWhich was an idle air controlWhich was bad, charged them & to put onThey called back said car would not startCustomer wanted me to tow car
to my shopDone my own diagnostic test which showed control moduleTold customer they said to fix it
Aug 6, 2015, again they called said car would not startThey called again I towed it light on for coolant in which I added radiator coolantFor no chargeAnd on Aug 6, when I got there started car anti theft was onWhen got back to shop for a new ignition switchReplaced that partAs you can see by my invoice I gave her a good deal on ignition switchCharging no labor & not charging to programmedThen she called said broke downWanting me to tow her car again I told her I could not come was only one at my shop at that timeShe had towed to another shop in which they also could not find anything wrong, in which you will see on their invoice
I went above and beyond to helpI only received only one letter from Revdex.com
