Last week Ms***'s opinion was that we drove the car so much while it was in our custody, that we wore the tread off the rear tiresThis week the theory is we located tires that fit her wheels, removed her tires and installed these used tires because of the improved tread depthI am sorry
Ms*** needed new rear tires, but we are not responsible the wear of her tires just because we repaired her car that was involved in a accidentIf she does not feel we are being fair, again I encourage her to tell her story to Allstate. *** ***
