I have used American automotive times on different problems with my cars Every time they were prompt to service my car and get it back to me within the next day

I got my whole house duct cleaningThe Owner [redacted] is very prompt with his appointment and very frank with his estimationsHis pricing is reasonableHe doesn't mind sharing his knowledge, Educating & providing Tips to the customers to keep the house clean and reduce the dustHe spent considerable amount of time without any hurry to clean my ducts neat and cleanAt every phase he use to educate me why, what & how he is cleaningI am very happy with the service and tips provided to meI would highly recommend him to others***, Thanks for the service provided and sorry for the delay in posting the review

I took my car in for repairs. When I got it home they had not puts the bolts back on my motor cover. When I took it back the Mr *** said they were no bolts. He tighten down the ones I had put to hold the cover on. But left two bolts off. This place has lost all my trust in them, They will lost my any future business plus any friends I tell

I was concerned that our dryer vent needed to be cleaned out and didn't feel like tackling it myself I called a local company that wanted $to do it, then discovered Cool Breeze I noticed they had nothing but positive reviews, so I called and spoke to *** who quoted me $for the job He came out (right on time), checked the dryer flow and assured me we were getting great flow and DID NOT need this job, at which time he thanked me for the call and left without charging a cent You don't run into that kind of honesty and integrity anymore
Impressed, I then inquired about air duct cleaning, and *** returned to do a walkaround, after which I was quoted a price (which was WAY less than I expected for a house of my size) So I made an appointment and again *** was right on time, did a magnificent job (which included cleaning all of our ceiling fans at no extra charge), and even detected a small gas leak coming from one of our furnaces that we hadn't noticed He did everything (even some extra vents that he hadn't noticed during his initial visit AT NO EXTRA CHARGE), and left our house smelling so fresh and clean we couldn't believe it
I'm spreading the word that *** is one of those extremely rare breeds that is honest, thorough, friendly, and incredibly reasonable price-wise We felt like we were in great hands the whole time Believe me, this is the kind of business I wish they were all like, and I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat They totally deserve their A+ rating with Revdex.com
Don't waste your time calling anyone else for either your air ducts or dryer vent THIS IS YOUR GUY!!!

I am very happy that I chose Cool Breeze to repair my venting problemI was fit in on the same day and not upcharged as other companies try to doThe serviceman was professional, pleasant and shared knowledge regarding troubleshooting problems in the futureI would DEFINITELY use this company again!!

I have used American automotive 3 times on different problems with my cars. Every time they were prompt to service my car and get it back to me within the next day.

I called on a Saturday and was offered a Monday morning appointment between 9:00-10:00am. The technician arrived promptly at 9:00am and was very nice and polite. He did a walk-thru of my house and checked everything before giving me a very fair and reasonable estimate. He started the work right away and was done within a couple of hours. He even completely moved my dryer and fished out all of the lint that had been clogging it up and blocking the airflow. My house smells so much cleaner and fresher now, plus my daughters' allergies seemed to have subsided a bit now that we are breathing in fresh, clean air. I am very satisfied with the quality and service I received and will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.

October 2013 my 99mercedes benz was towed to American automotive and bill trotter told me my engine needed to be replaced and told me it would cost $2950.00 I told him I didn not have the money he told me he had found the motor and would use his debit card to hold the motor so I told him I would $500 and the rest when I talked with my son I gave him the other $5oo and then the $1000 A MONTH went by and he kept giving excuses so finally I talked with the owner who is his brother [redacted] and he promised me after I told I would have my car towed to [redacted] and wanted my money back [redacted] promised that they would fix my car forget about the $950. that was in nov they kept lyingand in dec someone moved my car and I called [redacted] police and they came and waited while I had it towed I want my $2000 back my car is at [redacted] they lied for almost 3 months I have receipts where I gave them cashand also a text where bill promised he would my car or give me my money back thanks for looking into this matter for they are really crooks thank you [redacted]
