Review: I purchased an outdoor business awning sign, including an "LED" and florescent features, to advertise my store known as [redacted], at [redacted], corner of [redacted]. I purchased it from American Awning and Sign Depot, [redacted]. The contract price was $4,900, which I paid in full. It was installed in November 2013 and after about 4 weeks the LED border around the sign stopped working. The [redacted] of the sign store, [redacted], came to my store and installed a new controller. The sign then worked properly for about two weeks and then failed again. [redacted] kept promising to install a different controller to remedy this problem. He kept saying he would take care of it. However he never showed up for appointments he made with me. He took my money, but provided me with a defective product and he has failed to fix the sign.Desired Settlement: Permanently fix my sign.
