The company contacted me that the installer would come on October [redacted] at 6:00 PM to install the canopy/awning. He asked if he could come at 5:30, and I said I preferred 6 PM. He never showed up. This installation saga has been going on since early summer and has yet to be resolved. We have just been roped along this entire time and want our deposit back

Review: Contractor ([redacted]), received a 50% ($200) deposit for the delivery and installation of a front door canopy. This installation was to occur within 2 weeks of the payment (July [redacted], 2014). After numerous phone reminders, text messages, and voice mails, [redacted] kept giving false promises to deliver and install. These promises were never verbally discussed, they were all in text messages/voice mails. It has been over 6 weeks of promised delivery and installment, yet he failed to respond and deliver.Desired Settlement: We would like our $200 deposit returned immediately and some punitive charges in addition. This is simply for lost time spent trying to contact [redacted], aggravation, and most importantly delaying the summer home project. This did not allow me to find a second source to complete this project and others.

Review: Contractor [redacted], received a 50% ($600) deposit for the delivery and installation of a back yard canopy. This installation was to occur within 2 weeks of the payment (8/**/ 2014). After numerous phone reminders, text messages, and voice mails, [redacted] kept giving false promises to deliver and install. After first contacting [redacted], he asked for the remaining 50% to expedite installation and when I refused has not since returned my text messages. It has been over 6 weeks of promised delivery and installment on signed contract, yet he failed to respond and deliver.Desired Settlement: I would like refund of deposit made. If there is any way I can contribute to this scammer to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law it would be my pleasure. Otherwise, I would be satisfied with the return of my money I put down as a deposit for services promised.
