Review: I ipurchased two of the copmanies large pleated bottom hot-cold bags.
We put our sandwiches and other foods in it and placed on top of the ice in the ice chest
The seams were not sealed properly, allowing ice cubes to get inside the bags and cause the food products placed in the bags to become soggy and un-consumable.
I would like to receive two bags that do not have problems with the seams not being sealed.
I went back to the store that these were purchased at and every bag they had on the rack were the same way.
The store told me that I would have to call the company to get an exchange, as the store that I purchased them from, did not have a re-order on file with them to obtain two GOOD and USABLE Bags
The customer service person told me that it was not her responsibility, as "SHE" did not make them. She also informed me that SHE was the SUPERVISOR and no one else was in charge of her.
When I asked her if she owned the company she told me no, and then said yes!Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of two USUABLE bags!
