In regards to the complaint from [redacted] # [redacted], we contacted the customer today and will be going to his home on Friday to do a camera inspection at no charge.  He stated at this time he no longer wants a refund, he just wants the camera inspection done and a...

I will also follow up with you next week once we have completed the camera inspection and have followed up that Frank is 100% satisfied with our company and the services provided.
