American Bank Checks

This is the worst experience I have ever had with getting checks! Of the 10 Years I've ordered checks I have used many different printing companies. American bank checks is by far the worst I have ever used. I was in need of checks for my company as I had run out and needed them immediately. I called The customer service number and spoke to Michael whom I placed my order. I stressed to him that I needed them overnighted and paid the extra $35.00 Fee for this. It's been well overnight and I still do not have my checks so I called customer service and the lady I spoke with had an irritated and snooty demeanor. I told her the situation and told me it could take 6 days for delivery. I told her again that I paid the additional fee for overnight delivery. She said it's a standard 6 days for delivery, 5 days for production then 1 day for overnight delivery. I said that makes no sense if I paid for overnight service. Never not even one time during the conversation I had with Michael did he mention 5 days for production even though I stressed to him I needed them the next day. You would think if I am stressing to this man that I need them tomorrow that he might have mentioned that it takes 5 days for production. So frustrated
