home was struck by tornado on FEB 15, it has been almost months of calling and waitingA call back to the claims department today April 8,renders the news that of the $14,estimate for the contractors materials and labor, only $would be sent to replace roof, siding ,skirting,ceilings, releveling of home and any other damages as well as contractors labor.what do we pay insurance for if not to replace to original state of home before a storm***!!! Any money recieved will be sent back until they agree to fix home right, no patches, put back as was before the storm.Anyone seeking insurance ask questions.We feel let down by this company

A call back to the claims department today April 8,2016 renders the news that of the $14,100.00 estimate for the contractors materials and labor, only $7486.24 would be sent to replace roof, siding ,skirting,ceilings, releveling of home and any other damages as well as contractors labor.what do we pay insurance for if not to replace to original state of home before a storm.
